These are some results throughout my career as I applied Lean and Quality Principles through more than 100 Kaizen events as a I progressed from Operations Planner to Vice President of Quality and Performance Excellence


 I am Ricardo "RJ" Mejia,  a coach with more than 27 years of experience learning, applying and teaching Lean and Quality Principles through a long and successful career at Emerson and Copeland. I have facilitated many Kaizen events within the U.S. and in 9 other countries and achieved great results. My objective is to help you succeed in applying a Lean Management mindset to improve Quality, Speed and reduce Costs at the same time. Also, I train and coach new generations of leaders so they can "fish on their own", in the spirit of continuous improvement.
